We ship to all destinations within Australia via the Australia Post network or Courier Road Express.
Shipping cost-For Retail orders only:
1-3 Products - $10.00
4-5 Products - $15.00
6 or More - $20.00
*Orders outside Australia may be shipped by Australia Post Air International. Actual rate will be added to recipients bill. Or, relative cost may be charged to your FEDEX, UPS, or DHL account number if provided at the time of purchase. All foreign orders are subject to applicable duties and taxes and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Confirmation of Order
Upon confirmation of your payment for online purchases, an email will advise you that your order has been received, paid for and will be processed.
Public Holidays
Live Australia does not ship on Queensland and Australian Public Holidays.
Delivery
Please allow up to 5 working days from when your order is confirmed.
Try to ensure that someone is available to take delivery of your parcel as any re-attempts for delivery may be at your own expense.
It is up to the Australia Post contractor as to whether they are comfortable in leaving your parcel at the delivery address if it is unattended. We regret that this is beyond Live Australia’s control.
If you are having a parcel delivered to a business address please ensure that the company name, department, floor/level and the name of the recipient are clearly entered in the shipping address.
We cannot accept any responsibility for delayed or lost shipments however please feel free to email our Online Customer Service team at sales@liveaustralia.com.au with your contact details and query and we will do our best to assist.
Returns Policy
If in the unlikely event you receive a faulty item or an item that you have not ordered please email sales@liveaustralia.com.au within 5 days of receiving your parcel. Please quote your invoice number and include a brief description of your order, and daytime telephone number so that we can contact you to discuss the return and issue you with a returns approval authorization.
Unfortunately we won’t be able to accept returns on Sale items or for change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Any items for return must be received in the original condition they were sent; i.e. unopened boxes, labeling and contents to be intact and in a saleable condition.
Please include your invoice with your return. Returns are to be received by Live Australia within 14 days of the returns approval. Any refunds will be credited to the original method of payment after we receive your return.
